From there, we dive into your life and determine what kind of home you are looking for while I offer my professional recommendations to help you find one that best suits your lifestyle and needs.
Sellers: Upon our first meeting, I always provide my sellers a complimentary market analysis to jumpstart our conversation. We begin by going through the required paperwork and discussing ways to enhance the home to appeal to a broader range of buyers while simultaneously addressing your selling process expectations. By the end, we will have the knowledge and information needed to establish a fair market value and take the next step in the selling process. I take pride in being a reliable resource for my clients and can provide valuable information for the next step in your life, whether that means downsizing, relocating, upgrading or anything else.
