A REALTOR^® since 2012, I specialize in residential real estate throughout Cumberland and Dauphin counties, bringing an immense amount of enthusiasm for what I do. My passion in life lies in helping others and being a real estate agent allows me to serve other’s needs and be there for my clients during an important milestone in their life. Buyers: The first step I take with all of my buyers is a consultation that consists of reviewing the steps of buying a home, the costs associated with a purchase, how to schedule showings, working through inspections and/or appraisal concerns and what you should expect at each step. I want to make sure you are educated and prepared for your purchase. From there, we dive into your life and determine what kind of home you are looking for while I offer my professional recommendations to help you find one that best suits your lifestyle and needs.

Sellers: Upon our first meeting, I always provide my sellers a complimentary market analysis to jumpstart our conversation. We begin by going through the required paperwork and discussing ways to enhance the home to appeal to a broader range of buyers while simultaneously addressing your selling process expectations. By the end, we will have the knowledge and information needed to establish a fair market value and take the next step in the selling process. I take pride in being a reliable resource for my clients and can provide valuable information for the next step in your life, whether that means downsizing, relocating, upgrading or anything else.

I am dedicated to making your real estate experience as smooth and seamless as possible. I understand that this is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and view representation and guidance through the process as a true privilege.
